A Little About Us
CK Marine Electronics was founded Australia in 2005 by Carl Koerner. His life-long passion for yachts and fascination with technology fused to create a unique yachting experience for each client.
Raised on the East Coast of Australia, Carl spent many years cruising the Great Barrier Reef and working for various charter companies.
Since a young age, Carl has spent much of his life building high performance sailing dinghys and restoring vintage yachts.
In addition, Carl has spent over a decade as an audio engineer for projects as diverse as business conferences to ballets and rock concerts.
He is now focused on building high quality navigation and entertainment systems for the marine environment.
Now based in San Diego, CK Marine Electronics blends Carl's experience as a marine electronics technician and skill as an audiovisual specialist to push the limits of marine navigation and audiovisual system design.
